WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
In this role, you will be part of our success by:
? Responsible for customer Supply Chain development, through collaborative strategic programs to create joint value in the integrated supply chain.
? Generate and implement strategies for an efficient distribution network, processes and ensuring the best cost to deliver on time and with full accuracy of the orders. This leveraged continuous improvement process with local and international logistics operators allowing impact the On Time in Full, Fill Rate, Case Fill Rate, On Time, cost of service, quality of products and information, compliance plans for collaboration with each channel so as to permit a competitive advantage for business.
? Responsible of the development and administration of the warehouse and distribution third party logistics (3PL)
? Contribute to the S&OP activities
? Responsible of the Business Unit CS&L KPI's Qualifications: WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in Legal/Compliance to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:
Required:
? Bachelor Degree administrative areas, engineering or related majors
? Master Degree (Desired)
? English: Advance ? business conversations
? Advance Excel
? SAP
? Solid experience in CS&L /Distribution areas: ( WH & Distribution, Order Management Knowledge, Transport, CPFR and Customer Service, Change Management, Cost & Savings, Budgeting, Project Management, 3 PL management)
? Solid experience as People Manager
? Experience leading negotiations with Warehouse and distribution third party logistics (3PL)
? Solid experience building relationship with external clients
? Solid experience managing budget
? Deep knowledge in logistics KPI's
