Answer incoming phone calls and respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally. Book property tours for interested prospects and ensure a smooth and informative experience. Handle leasing inquiries, process applications, and collect necessary supporting documents from prospective tenants. Guide prospects through the leasing process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have along the way. Utilize CRM software to track and prioritize follow-up activities, ensuring timely and effective communication with prospects. Collaborate with team members to provide seamless support and maintain a positive working environment. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM EST.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment. Detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
