The Agent Ticket Sales is responsible for Serving customers in a caring, efficient and diplomatic matter and resolving problems in a mutually beneficial manner.
What youll do 13;
:Promotes and sells air travel with American airlines, prepares itineraries, compute fares, issues refunds, prepares and issues tickets
:Answer inquiries regarding general travel information
:Reconcile auditors coupons with cash received, personal checks and credit card vouchers, calculate total revenue received
:Must be able to accomplish personal audits
:Must be able to work alone or with minimal supervision
All youll need for success 13;
Minimum Qualifications: Education and Prior Job Experience
:Knowledge of reservations and sabre skills
:Average oral and written communication skills
:Candidates must meet public contact profile
