Job Description:
We are looking for talented, driven individuals in Quito, Ecuador to join our team. This is a full-time position.
Candidates will be responsible for implementing, integrating, testing, deploying, and supporting software for the industry leading BPM platform.
Responsibilities Include:
Design, develop, modify, integrate, test, deploy and support enterprise-level BPM applications
Translate business process software requirement specifications into prototypes and solutions
Support data gathering and analysis to facilitate risk mitigation and issue resolution
Deliver projects using Agile development methodology
Required:
Proficient in professional and technical English, both oral and written
BS in Computer Science or related field
Familiarity with SDLCs and Agile Methodology
Experience designing and delivering complex, highly-scalable software components
Excellent verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills; ability to communicate information to a variety of groups at different technical skill levels
Must be able to multitask efficiently and progressively and work comfortably in an ever-changing data environment
Must work well in a team environment as well as independently
Strong initiative: must be able to take a high-level requirement, ask questions/seek clarifications, and get the job done
Able to work in a high-pressured, tight-deadline environment
Preferred:
Experience with BPM platforms
Experience with RDBMS
Experience working with users to define requirements and demonstrate solutions
Experience with OSGI architecture
JS, SQL, Web Services
JBoss/Weblogic/Websphere/etc.
