About the role
What you need to know:

Reports to the branch manager, responsible for establishing good relationships with brokers, he cares about attracting new accounts and looking for the increase in sales of the different lines of business, carries out techniques and strategies focused on the Tier I segment of brokers (segment of brokers with higher production). Organizes plans and executes sales strategies, proposes concrete solutions to possible business inconveniences.

Persistent, intelligent and timely in business generation, think of new approaches to meet the various requirements of brokers, it must be organized to manage a complete agenda, but at the same time attend all events without delay

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum experience of 3 years as a commercial executive or in a similar position in multinational insurance companies.
• Knowledge of insurance products from both consumer and commercial lines.
• Ability to achieve sales and production goals.
• Proper communication, listening skills and interpretation.
• Ease of dealing with rejection.
• Efficient time management.
• Persistent.
• Ability to work as a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Willing and able to adapt to change.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and work under pressure.
