To respond to our continuing global expansion, we seek for our South American subsidiary COMMERCIAL EXECUTIVES that meet the following profile:

• Higher Education in Foreign Trade, Marketing, International Business or related.
• English language proficiency (100%) is a MUST.

• German language proficiency is a PLUS.

• Experience in international flower trade is a PLUS.

• Experience in Colombian flower industry is a PLUS.

• Advanced level of MS Excel (pivot tables, conditional formatting, formulas).
• Strong communication skills.

• Being a Team Player.

• Commercially talented and result driven.

• Proactive, able to recognize opportunities and threats and a self-starter to act on these.

• A creative mind.

• No nine-to-five mentality.

Your main activities consist of:

- Commercial activities: negotiation, purchases and sales of South American flowers to international customers.

- Creating opportunities, from daily deals to longterm agreements, based on customer needs and market situation.

- Continuous communication with local growers and your customers abroad.

- Order matching and invoicing.

- Planning and pre-books for holiday seaons.

- Conducting market research.
