tipti is looking for a country manager who has all the necessary skills to make work happens in their country and get all the stuff done. we need an ambicious creative and entrepreneurial spirit to solve every problem that may appear in a constantly evolving industry. we also need a super leader, with excellent leadership skills to inspire the whole team and drive us to every goal accomplishment and beyond.
more than 8 years of experience in retail, operations or business administration (mba is a plus)
a desire to take ownership of goal-based and ambitious targets.

what will you do:
as country manager, you will be acting as the ceo of tipti in your country. you will be responsible for the development and growth of a new and fast-growing business. tipti is looking for someone who is not afraid to get into the most specific details, while having the commercial skills to work closely with our groceries and home essentials partners, in addition of creating the strategic and entrepreneurial skills to take tipti to the next level. you have the unique opportunity to grow and scale tipti’s strategy, marketing, operations, while also managing your country’s p&l.
you will also play a vital role in all aspects of tipti’s success and this requires being a highly motivated, versatile, adaptable, and well-rounded leader. someone who can create and drive strategy, but also roll up their sleeves and get their hands to work.

you will be responsible for a team of high-performing territory managers, each of them striving to grow the company in their own territory.
design and execute regional objectives based on data and insights to ensure the continuous growth and success of the company in your country.
