Job Description Quito, Ecuador We are looking for someone who is passionate about education and technology, with a market:oriented mindset and who has integrity as a value to engage with customers in order to assist them to have the best possible implementation and use of Turnitin services. The candidate must have impeccable relational skills, along training, educational and managerial abilities. She or he will coordinate with users of Turnitin suite of services, assisting them in the implementation stage and in the subsequent years. The goal is to ensure successful adoption and integration of Turnitin solutions within universities and other customers, establishing strong and long:term partnerships. The role comes with enormous growth potential as we build out our overall Customer Success Team and Strategy. This professional will look after Ecuador and South:American Hispanic Countries.
Key Responsibilities
Engage institutional stakeholders in the planning of Turnitin services implementation during the first year, as well as subsequent years
Work with technical and teaching staff at the customer institution to help plan and facilitate rollout, provisioning and administering initial account creation.
Assessing training needs and carrying out training per the institutions priorities and needs.
Ensuring that customers reach a high level of confidence at implementing and using services, either in the onboarding and in the long:term relationship with Turnitin.
Track, analyze, and report metrics aligned with goals for onboarding, adoption, and retention, and adjust plans as needed
Collaborate with sales and support to ensure a successful and streamlined experience and smooth communication between teams
The goal is a consistent, excellent experience with both the product and Turnitin Qualifications
Essential
Passion for education and having integrity as a value
Fluent reading, speaking and writing Spanish
Fluent reading, speaking and writing English
2+ years of experience in client relationship management either as a PR, trainer, vendor account manager or technology specialist with the ability to collaborate with internal teams for the benefit of the customer
Proven capability in managing high level relationships within an institution
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proven training and or communication capabilities, to assess training needs and deliver compelling presentations
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Organizational and project management skills for long:term, collaborative projects with institutions
Highly self motivated/committed professional who comfortably and efficiently works remotely and in fast paced environment
Extremely well organised
Ability to travel
Desirable
Experience in education as a lecturer, instructional designer, educator and faculty training will be highly regarded
Masters degree in any field of knowledge and communication skills are a plus
Familiarity with Edtech/Turnitin products
Knowledge of CRM systems
Knowledge of learning management systems, higher education systems,educational technology and institutional sales will be highly regarded
