Customer Support Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer support on web application related issues.
Support to Quality Assurance in the following tasks:
Assessing and assigning customer tickets.
Cross-comparing web application data with different sources.
Elaborating clients QA reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Up to date on Technology.
Must speak and understand the English language perfectly.
General Computer Skills (Windows troubleshooting, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook Email, Internet, Website, etc).
Active on Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube).
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to analyze numeric data.
Excellenttroubleshooting skills.
Motivated with good interpersonal skills.
Good research skills.

Salary: $600.00
