Job Description
Oshyn is looking for smart, energetic, hard-working software developers to work on multidisciplinary
teams building enterprise web sites, mobile sites, mobile applications and custom
applications.
Required Skills
3+ years of experience in .NET development
Advanced knowledge of software development skills.
Experience with Source Code Versioning Systems (tfs, git, mercurial) including branch management for multiple environments & releasesStrong knowledge of Agile software development skills (estimations/story sizing, tasktracking, testing)
Work History & .Net C# programming experience covering:
Entity Framework, LINQ, Lambda's, and MVC in a .NET environment
Web technologies HTTP, HTML, CSS, Javascript/ES6/jQuery, REST/SOAP,
Ajax
Test Design, TDD, Code Coverage, Debug & Optimization tools
Threading / Reflection / Caching / Loose Coupling
SQL, Triggers, Stored Procs
UI Testing
Products: SqlServer, Selenium.
Excellent English skills. You must be able to hold a business conversation with all English speakers without issues to work at Oshyn
Desired Skills
Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS’s), Web application frameworks
(e.g. Struts, ASP.Net MVC, Java Server Faces, etc.) is highly desirable
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems or related field Knowledge of mobile site and mobile application (iPhone and/or Android) development,
or php/Drupal is also a plus.
Team or group leadership
Creating and presenting designs or solutions or technical issues
Coaching others on new development techniques 1-on-1 or in small groups
Demonstrated ability to learn new technical concepts with ease
Should have outstanding problem solving and troubleshooting skills and must work well
in teams.
Certification in Sitecore or Episerver
Knowledge on estimations
Desire to learn and grow.
Initiative, discipline, ability to multitask
