Native English Teacher
Qualifications required: a Bachelors Degree, a TEFL/CELTA/TESOL or other related certificate, and must be a native English speaker or native:like fluent English speaker. Desired qualifications also include experience working with adults, teaching Grammar, Pronunciation, Speaking and Listening courses.
Stage 1: Business needs for English training
Identify training needs and objectives for the students.
Determine training solutions for students.
Estimate the return on investment
Stage 2: Analysis of the needs of students
Identify the needs of students: groups and individuals
Work and homework analysis: How will students use English in their work?
Initial assessment of students in four parts
1. Standardized tests. Video interview.
2. Assignment of Writing / Writing tasks.
3. Student self:assessment.
4. Each student will know their level of English using CEFR. (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
Stage 3: English training design
Estimate of the preliminary hours budget
Prepare learning objectives and goals
Application of adult learning theory, and acquisition theory of a second language.
