We've spent over 10 years researching the best ways to improve fluency (Fun, Relevant, and Interesting Lessons for the Language Person wanting to Acquire more of the language), and we want to find other talented instructors that are as passionate as we are about motivating clients and encouraging their progress through innovative, communication-based, relevant and thoroughly interesting lessons that jump WAY off the page of a book. Grammar NOT a focus!

Language is to be acquired, not studied.

This particular job ad is for experienced, professional English instructors that can teach via Skype.

Job details:

- paid orientation of 2 hours to get to know us and for us to get to know you

**Requirements**:
-2+ years teaching English to adults in private lessons specifically ONLINE one-on-one

-plan terrific lessons with the guidance of curriculum chosen by you and learner

-meet the specific needs of each student

-be extremely friendly and conversational

-be early always

-true passion for teaching a language and finding ways to get the student excited too (find out what THEY like!)
