Finance Assistant

Main Duties:1. Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data, including invoices, expenses, and transactions into accounting software or spreadsheets.2. Record Keeping: Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits, reporting, and reference.3. Invoice Processing: Assist with processing invoices, verifying accuracy, and ensuring timely payments to vendors.4. Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.5. Expense Reporting: Help employees and teams submit and process expense reports by company policies.6. Financial Analysis: Assist in preparing basic financial reports, summaries, and analysis of financial data to support decision-making.7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.8. Other duties and responsibilities as required by the company.Qualifications:1. BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; additional certifications or ongoing education in management or finance is a plus.2. Experience in financial analysis or related roles, demonstrating a growing understanding of financial concepts and operational practices.3. Proven experience as a Financial Assistant or a similar role.4. Strong proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, and financial software applications such as ERP, data visualization platforms, etc.5.
