This position will be responsible for leading and managing the process associated with development of strategic sites in the country. Strategic sites will include macro cells, small cells and in building solutions with a high potential for future tenants, providing the company with a large set of compelling opportunities. Duties include building relationship with clients, real estate developers, municipalities and any other group that can provide potential locations or sites and management to ensure workflow is being achieved and milestones are being reached in a timely fashion.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
: Source Small Cells, In Building Solutions and new opportunities and deals in the market
: Actively lead in:market Small Cells and In Building Solutions response processes.
: Create and build relationships with management teams or authorities of real estate developers (malls, housing developments, industrial developments, office developers, hotels, etc.) and Municipalities.
: Gather carriers and market information to be utilized in pricing, build out analysis and to determine feasibility of lease up on current inventory and in helping decide where new towers should be built.
: Communicate offers and negotiate contracts with real estate developers (malls, housing developments, industrial developments, office developers, hotels, etc.) and municipalities.
Education and/or Experience:
: BA/BS required or equivalent business experience.
: Strong real estate experience, leasing, zoning, permitting and contract negotiations.
: 5+ years of real estate experience, leasing, zoning, permitting and /or contract negotiations.
: Telecom experience preferred
: Financial preparation and analysis skills required
: Must demonstrate intermediate knowledge and ability to work with MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet navigation and age required.
: Periodic travel required via automobile and /or airplane.
: Bilingual, Spanish/ English preferred.
Valid Driver?s License.
