As a ThoughtWorker, you will:
: Pair to write clean and iterative code using practices like TDD, SOLID principles, OO design, and pair programming.
: Use continuous delivery practices to improve software delivery speed.

: Learn, digest and subsequently apply the latest technology thinking from ourtech radarto solve client problems.
: Tackle a variety of challenges for clients of all industries, while collaborating with new teammates from diverse backgrounds. This is the opportunity for you if:
: You have less than 1 year of professional experience working as a developer.
: You understand analysis, design, coding and OO concepts.
: You can commit to traveling up to 100 (home on the weekends) across the US and Canada to work onsite with clients, when travel resumes.**Currently were working remotely due to the pandemic, but this may change in the future depending on CDC guidance and client needs.**

Most of our projects are with international clients, so availability to travel and a good spoken English level are important requirements.
