You will be responsible for designing, ensuring and maintaining the execution of Human Resources processes or programs that promotes a work environment of productivity, collaboration and effective culture in Guayaquil Plant for hourly and administrative employees. Leader of the KWS Training Programs for Guayaquil Plant. WHAT DO I NEED? + Fluent English (mandatory) + Bachelor degree + +3 years experience in HR processes (training, HR generalist, HRcoordinator, talent acquisition, etc) + Talent management experience WHAT WILL I BE DOING? In this role, you will be part of our success by: + Ensure the effectivedelivery of HR processes and services by leveraging on local and global HRnetworks and resources (talent management, recruitment, compensation, training,performance, employee relations, etc.) + Collaborates as a Member ofthe Guayaquil SC leadership team in order to ensure process and organizationaleffectiveness in such a relevant business team. + Ensure, strength and maintain a labor culture that promotesproductivity in plant through Recognition & Rewards Programs, progressivediscipline program, health checks andtracking of monthly HR Metrics + Development of D&Iactivities and Social Activities program that promote wellness, integration andparticipatory culture in hourly people. + Promote existing feedbackmechanisms to continuously increase levels of employee engagement + Lead and ensure correctStaffing and Onboarding Process for hourly and administrative people. + Ensure and promotecommunication sessions with employees; Maintain communication in two ways tostrength people engagement + Responsible for Annualtraining plan. Design & ensure Annual training plan accomplishment forhourly & salary people which contains all legal & corporativerequirements for all areas. + Ensure labor regulations inthe country are managed properly. Support the salary review process in Ecuadoris executed correctly + Comply with people costbudget process and guidelines in the plant + Participate as a COE Peoplelead for Guayaquil plant + Responsible of HR support to commercial employees based in Ecuador WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
