YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Accountable for medical promotion (F2F, digital or hybrid) of Eylia and its added values/services in the designated geographic territory in Ecuador to generate demand (prescriptions, sales and rotation) within a defined group of stakeholders in the private and public markets.
Deliver product information and promotional messages, according to brand's strategy, company policies and applicable industry guidelines and regulations.
Advice HCPs and administrative personnel in clinics/hospitals to ensure correct use of product, adherence to treatment schemes and access journey in both channels (private and public).
Develop, implement and follow-up action plans by key account, to achieve strategic objectives and grow Eylia in key accounts. • Identify and anticipate accounts needs/requests and orchestrate internal functions and resources to deliver timely solutions/services.
Participates with other KAMs, Access and Commercial Team & Franchise Head in the development of sales strategies for key accounts.
Identify key external stakeholders (HCPs, scientific associations, decision makers and influencers at target accounts and clients) to build, strengthen and cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships, ensuring alignment of business objectives and stakeholders' needs/drivers.
Support the right targeting and segmentation of key stakeholders/accounts to assign resources efficiently to the selected targets.
Monitor and provide feedback to the cross-functional team related to competitive intelligence, business opportunities and challenges, market insights, trends and accounts/clients' needs so that that appropriate response strategies are formulated to drive sustainable sales growth and market share gains.
Contribute to the brand sales & marketing strategy by implementing omnichannel communication as well as specific projects/activities to meet stakeholders' needs and competitive environment challenges.
Perform an accurate planning and execution of the assigned P&I to obtain the desired return on investment.
Work collaboratively with Access and Commercial Team to ensure achievement of Eylia sales target in Ecuador in both channels (private and public),
Follow-up Eylia inventories and sell-out in clients, to ensure product availability according to demand,
Support inclusion, listing, coding, and access to Eylia in clinics/hospitals.
Guarantee excellence in execution of internal administrative processes (habeas data, samples, CRM systems management, expense reports, among others).
Active participation in all trainings defined by the company to ensure self-development, as well as optimal level of preparation regarding portfolio, business strategy, and sales technique.
WHO YOU ARE
University degree in Healthcare related fields, Business Administration, Engineering, or other administrative careers
Experience in similar commercial positions (ie. medical promotion, institutional sales and key account management) for high-cost ophthalmology and/or hemophilic products with proven track record in pharmaceutical companies.
In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical industry trends and healthcare system in Ecuador, its regulations, and dynamic between key stakeholders.
Intermediate English speaker.
Solid communication skills, orientation to results and ability to
successfully work with cross-functional teams.
Frequent travel availability.
Tools / Sytems: Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Veeva.
