COMPENSATION USD 3-4k/month (full time)Role Overview:
    We are seeking a strategic and results-driven HR leader to oversee business operations and talent management across LATAM. The ideal candidate will possess deep HR expertise, strong interpersonal skills, and leadership capabilities to drive workforce efficiency, compliance, and engagement.
    
    Key Responsibilities:
        1. LATAM Operations – Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, payroll, compliance, workforce planning, and engagement initiatives to ensure smooth business operations.
        2. HR Expertise – Develop and implement HR policies, lead talent acquisition, manage employee relations, and drive learning & development programs to foster a high-performing workforce.
        3. Facilitate Collaboration – Act as a liaison between internal teams and external HR, legal, and finance partners, ensuring seamless coordination and strategic alignment.
        4. Legal Liaison – Ensure compliance with local labor laws, oversee contract negotiations, and provide leadership with legal guidance on employment regulations.
        5. Financial Liaison – Partner with finance teams to align budgets, payroll, compensation structures, and financial reporting with operational objectives.
        6. Operations Support – Drive process improvements, cross-functional coordination, and business scalability to optimize HR and operational efficiency in LATAM.
        
    Requirements & Qualifications:
        • Full-time position with EOR (Employer of Record) - Remote.com (No contractors or freelancers).
        • High proficiency in both written and spoken English.
        • 3-month trial period before permanent employment.
        • A positive attitude and a commitment to long-term growth.
        • Gross salary range: $3K - $4K (depending on experience).
        • Preferred candidate location: Guayaquil, Ecuador.
        • 90% remote, 10% onsite as needed.
