Job Description
Olga’s Kitchen is part of Michigan-based TEAM Schostak Family Restaurants. Based in Livonia, we employ over 7,000 employees across multiple brands and are looking to grow our TEAM. If you’re a pleasant, hard-working individual, we invite you to explore below and apply to become a part of the TEAM.

Supervisor Functions:
- Assist Managers with recruiting, interviewing and orientating new hires
- Train and coach new and existing employees
- Ensure that staffing levels are maintained on each shift
- Attend weekly meetings with management when applicable
- Assist with day to day operations and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required
- Mobility required during the entire shift (bending, twisting, etc.) along with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to maintain calm presence during stressful situations
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- One-Two years of previous restaurant supervision
