tipti is looking for an operations leader who will be responsible to improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the organization’s mission and vision, manages workforces in a way that encourages teamwork, cooperation, and productivity. specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning within our e-commerce platform and the final customer.
degree in operations management, business management, or business administration, at least 3 years of experience.
human resources skills including managing staff, creating policies, and providing helpful services for shoppers.
exceptional organization to schedule and supervise internal and external shoppers.
networking a relationship building skills with retailers and customers.
strong experience in hiring, coaching and managing teams with motivational leadership.
effective project management to prioritize assignments and delegate tasks on a daily basis

what will you do:
as operations leader, you will manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the operations department. ensure safe and efficient operations. serve as a company representative with business growth, retail networking and customer service. enhance the operational procedure, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting and looks for opportunities to expand systems. carry out supervisory responsibilities with shoppers in accordance with company's policies and applicable laws.
you will also play a vital role in all aspects of tipti’s success and this requires being a highly motivated, versatile, adaptable, and well-rounded leader. someone who can create and drive strategy, but also roll up their sleeves and get their hands to work.
recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel and discipline shoppers
contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends with retailers and the industry
forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions with the app
develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management and shipping
update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
serve as primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to equipment quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site. in particular, this includes any issues on-site at client facilities, such as breaking a fence or tape residue on flooring.
communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
work closely with the inventory manager and team to perform analysis of our inventory and ensure we are utilizing it effectively, purchasing the right equipment, maintaining solid inventory data
