As a global technology leader, our adaptable solutions cater to clients across all sectors.Responsibilities:Provide first-level Human Resources support to managers and employees.Assist in employee relations activities by investigating and resolving issues.Participate in country Human Resources activities such as recruiting, training, payroll support, onboarding, and separation.Manage data and documentation handling at the local level.Requirements:Students in their 3rd or 4th year of Administration, Engineering, or related fields.Advanced level of English proficiency.Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in MS Office.Previous internships in HR are desirable.Ideally familiar with Power BI or Tableau.Interest in developing within the Human Resources field.Skills: Proactivity, Innovation, Leadership, Communication at all levels, Organization, Customer Orientation, and Teamwork.In Siemens, we value diversity as the key to making a real impact in the world.
