Supervise engineering's team to achieve excellence in preventive, corrective maintenance, as well participates and drive equipment improvement modifications. Manage maintenance resources to meet lead times established. Drive maintenance team performance to meet metrics. Compliance to program schedules, budgets, and quality:performance expectations. Participate in New equipment Introduction project supporting form maintenance stand point all aspect to successfully deploy / release new equipment.Supervise team to support assembly and Test equipment modification and support new equipment introduction /modifications for new processes.
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or relevant discipline
Experience in the Oil Refinery Field
Project Management Experience
Leadership Skills
Advance English
WE VALUE
Expertise with Microsoft Office including Excel, Access and SharePoint.
Knowledge of IT and financial systems preferred (Sales Force, SAP, etc.).
Strong written and oral communication skills, particularly in cross:functional collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation
Ability to work on multiple projects and effectively manage priorities
Improving performance, meeting commitments, and getting result
Exceeding internal and external customer expectation
Masters degree and Project Management certification (PMP) preferred
Effective communication skills
