Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, communication, or related fields.
High level of spoken and written English (indispensable).
1+ year of experience managing projects.
Analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
Organizational and time management skills.
Ability to learn in an active and autonomous manner, demonstrating curiosity and aptitude to quickly master online systems and other technologies.
Advanced communication skills. Ability to transmit ideas and turn them into technical solutions.
Ability to work in teams and demonstrated leadership capacities.
Ability to both successfully start new projects and step in to existing ongoing projects.
Understanding of agile software development is a plus.
Job Description
Work directly with clients, acting as a link between them and the development team, identifying the client's business value and needs, and proactively suggesting software:based solutions and plans for improvement.

Be proactive by asking timely and appropriate questions, conducting risk assessments and suggesting recommendations that help meet the client's expectations according to internal quality standards.
Effectively communicate the client's requirements to the development team and lead collaborative work to find creative solutions.
Develop and reinforce effective communication between the team and the client.
Report project milestones and deliverables to clients and managers.
Work directly with the CRM team to ensure client satisfaction.
Identify and assess client's future needs and suggest improvements to current projects.
