About this opportunity:
Join us at Ericsson as a LATAM Safety Facilitator and become part of a diverse team dedicated to transforming the future of technology. This critical role oversees end-to-end service coordination, project management, and execution of planning and engineering tasks. Provide support to projects for site surveys on an ad-hoc basis. Support the roll out of ISE/ESDT globally. Train Local staff and ASPs (Authorized Service Providers) in the methods of data Acquisition used by the ISE/ ESDT (Ericsson Site Digital Twin) tools. Provide support and training for drone and scanning use cases ranging from Line-of-sight investigation through all the target zero use cases. Provide on-site demonstrations of data acquisition for proof of concept and FOA (First Office Application) applications. Act as a consultant to new adopters of digital survey technology to support its implementation.

What you will do:
Stay current in drone operations for the territories covered.
Understand all the techniques used for data capture and presentation.
Support development of new tools for digital data display and use.
Be an ambassador for using drones for inspection at height.
Train staff in techniques and best practices.
Deliver training material in person and remotely.
Keep accurate flight logs and maintenance logs for all drone operations and show CU's how to do the same.
Support short term projects while the skill gap is closed.
Willing to travel globally.
Collect and have access to information necessary for carrying out the tasks related to the actual projects

Skills you bring

Willing to travel.
University degree in the telecommunication or relevant field or relevant experience.
Good experience within the site engineering activities
Strong communication skills at different levels
Aware of the latest technologic trends
Leadership skill and ability to co-operation
Being able to communicate in Spanish and English
Independent, self - motivated and well organized with analytic mind.
Experience of site engineering processes and documentation.
Customer Requirements Analysis.
Network Performance.
Virtual Private Networks (VPN).
Network Traffic Management.
Network Synchronization.

Desirable
Relevant qualifications in commercial drone operation for example, GVC (General VLOS Certificate) or A2CoC in Europe.
Experience of flying a drone or operation of a laser scanner.
Understanding of the principles of photogrammetry.
