Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challnges, such as:
Leads and coordinates cross-funtional project teams representing the key areas relevant for the project and in collaboration with international partners where appropriate.
Establishment and management of cross-functional project teams as part of the transfer and integration of pharmaceuticals in Quito Site, includingengineering for new facilities and equipment, and the production and testing of pharmaceuticals with the involvement of representatives for production, supply chain, quality and regulatory affairs as well as external partners.
Single and multi-project planning including resource and budget planning and tracking, as well as definition of short- and long-term objectives / KPIs.
Creation and maintenance of the project master plan, project risks and mitigations, timelines, roadmaps, project budget and an overview of major decision milestones.
Participation in the establishment and preparation of pharmaceutical-technical and regulatory documents, and all the technical documentation for new facilities and equipment.
Responsible for the project related reporting and decisin making process in front of respective governance bodies, as applicable. Drives project decision making process and project value assessment.What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
University studies of Engineer, Pharmacist, Chemical Engineer or related careers.
International certification in Project Manager (preferred).
Advanced English.
At least 5 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry in the area of engineering and/or formulation development, manufacturing of drug products and strong GMP knowledge.
At least 5 years of experience and expertise in project management of complex technical projects in the pharmaceutical industry.
Knowledge about pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical technology, engineering background and experience in working with internatinal projects.About Grünenthal
