About the Role:
Define and verify compliance about specifications, standards and procedures of technological processes, based on the policies established by Headquarters, managing and optimizing productive resources to comply with quality, safety and productivity standards.
Main Responsibilities:
Collaborate with DTC (Technical Category Management), regarding development and implementation of the doses issued by Soremartec in order to ensure the correct application of the specifications, standards, procedures in production area established by Headquarters.
Collaborate with Plant Manager about development, compliance and maintenance of production cycles in order to guarantee the efficiency of the productive factors.
Develop and look for new technologies and methods to improve the performance of productive factors in order to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
Develop and collaborate with UGP regarding processes and improvement methods focused on: efficiency, labor, quality systems, raw materials, and materials of the production process in order to optimize production processes, improve efficiency and guarantee product quality.
Collaborate with ASQ department about application of quality standards according to the parameters established in the capitolato in order to guarantee product quality.
Collaborate with UGP regarding identification of the causes about waste has increased or quality has decreased.
Follow up on the continuity of processes and technological lives based on the variables of the process, the characteristics of raw materials and packaging.
Collaborate with the process of obtaining sanitary registration, regarding the responsibility in the technical part.
Collaborate with ASQ responsible in development and maintenance of the Quality Management System in production area.
Who we are looking for:
Professional with university degree in: Industrial Engineering, Food, Production, Processes or Chemistry.
At least 5 years’ experience in similar roles in Technology, Productive Processes.
Knowledge in: Industrial Processes, Productivity and Quality, Continuous Improvement, Organoleptic Analysis, Autocad, SAP, Excel Advanced Level
English - Intermediate Level
