Operational Excellence Engineer – Process Engineer

Diana-Food Ecuador, a manufacturer of Infant Foods, is looking for a candidate to join us as a Operational Excellence Engineer.

The main purpose will be generate continuos improvements projects in entire value chain of the bussines, standardize and optimize the processes working together with multidisciplinary teams.

Among the functions to be performed are:

- Improve and implement productivity projects focus in manufacturing cost reduction

- Lidership balanced scored card and KPIS follow up to accomplish targets and process optimisation

Develop Method of control and analysis of materials losses and inprovements yield in all master recipes

- Execution, control and optimization of TRS, dashboard of operations and control of indicators. Define and maintain the standards.

- Measurement of standard gaps and guarantees the implementation of corrective actions and improvement plans with the heads of the different areas.

Is looking to fill the Engineering position for our industrial plant near Machala with the following profile:
Requested Profile:

·Schooling:Mechanical/Industrial/Food Processing Engineer Degree or similar.

·Years of experience:3 YEARS in similar positions in Agrofood industries, Industry, etc

·Technical Skills:Production planning and management, Industrial Safety, Food Defense, Environmental Management Programs, Haccp, GMP, Hygienic conception of equipment/buildings.

·Foreign languages:Advanced Written and Spoken English is a MUST; additional French will be a plus.

·Salarywill be agreed according to degree of suitability for the profile.
