The Role Role Description: Oversee daily clock-in and clock-out procedures for our caregiving team. Monitor and promptly resolve any operational issues, maintaining precise records for smooth prebilling processes. Manage sensitive communications with patients and their families, offering compassionate support and information. Provide exceptional customer service, efficiently handling incoming calls and resolving concerns with empathy and effectiveness. Execute various administrative tasks to ensure seamless support for our clients and team. Bring both professionalism and passion to this role, helping us to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. Ideal Profile Requirements: Fluent in both English and Spanish to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region. Previous experience in the home care industry, with familiarity in HHA Exchange. Ability to juggle multiple tasks and maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
