Stack Builders is an agile software consulting company founded in New York City, with offices in Quito, Ecuador. We are looking to add to our talented team a Recruiter Assistant. This role will partner with managers across the organization to identify, attract, and select top talent.
This role will lead the recruiting process for open positions and will develop a pool of candidates for key positions. This is a great opportunity to join an innovative team. This position is ideal for someone who is ready to use their skills to impact the software development industry.

Functions:
Responsible for full lifecycle recruitment.
Effectively develop recruiting strategies with the hiring team.
Assist with defining the hiring needs of the company by working closely with other team members to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business needs and priorities.
When necessary coordinate and participate in recruiting events and career fairs in Ecuador.
Conduct interviews (in person, phone, Google Hangouts) with candidates to assess candidates' skills, experience and fit for the organization.
Successfully source, cold call, screen and manage the interview and offer process.
Ensure that candidates complete appropriate paperwork (employment application, background check release form, etc.) and comply with standard hiring procedures.
Manage Applicant tracking System and track candidate applications.
Profile:
Knowledge in computer systems such as MS Office, Skype, Gmail, Google Drive, and ability to quickly learn other web technologies.
Highly effective interpersonal and written communication skills, excellent analytical, and planning.
Must be able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Demonstrate sense of urgency and take ownership of solving problems.
Ability to work in a team oriented environment.
Requirements:
Advanced level of oral and written English.
BA degree in business or human resources management.
Proven work experience in human resources for more than two years.
Availability to work full-time.
Commitment to the company.
