Frontend Software Engineer

What you’d get to do:
As a frontend software engineer, you will work as part of a team in a distributed agile environment. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience and passion for building beautiful, touch-enabled, functional, and responsive user interfaces and visualizations using the latest browser technologies.

Key responsibilities:
• Create dynamic user interfaces and visualizations
• Ensure unit tests are well written to provide maximum code coverage
• Perform peer code review and suggest code quality improvement techniques
• Assist with performance tuning of the built services
• Assist with recruiting and/or mentoring of top engineering talent

experience
• Software development experience in a team environment using distributed source control, continuous integration, and code quality analysis tools
• Object-oriented and functional programming experience
• Experience with common patterns, frameworks and tools - like Backbone.js, AngularJS, Node, Flux, React, git, npm, grunt, gulp, gradle - and anything else you think is the latest and greatest
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
