Coordinate with their counterpart in the execution teams to make sure the methodologies used are scientifically sound. Lead a team of Business Analysts to execute the reports.RESPONSIBILITIESAnalyze client requirements and identify the appropriate marketing research framework required to deliver results.Work with Account Management to draft an overview of 1) the research methodology, 2) action plan proposed to execute the project.Collaborate with other Team Leads in the process of defining the execution process. Help reach an agreement in what is required and how it will be executed.Create the internal and external project architecturesPresent execution plan to Business Analysts responsible for executing the research.Be available to answer questions from Business Analysts and other teams on the selected framework.Oversee the execution, and establish milestones to review the progress and determine if progress is up to what is required.Make decisions on what changes are required for ad hoc situations.CANDIDATE PROFILEEducationMasters Degree in business, marketing, finance, economicsPreferably education abroad
