Warehouse & Facility Regional Manager

Summary: Accountable for leading and grow an HSE interdepended culture across all BH locations at the region.Essential Responsibilities:
Accountability on Inventory and Finance policies compliance across OFS product lines.
Work together Real State in strategy planning for facilities optimization and cost reduction.
Assist/visit Districts as required by manager visibility initiatives.
Provide information required by Region Senior Management and collaborate on strategic decision points.
Establish KPIs and other metrics to assess Warehouse/Facilities performance in a consistently manner at the region. Propose actions plans to continual improvement.
Standardize and maintain Warehouse procedures across the region.
Approval of facilities management budgets and manage resources for special projects.
Implementation of standards and evaluation of readiness of each facility at the region.
Represent BH in all state department audits or requirements.
Setting of policies for negotiation of 3th party contracts related to Facilities administration.
Qualifications/Requirements: Role
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
Prior experience in Procurement & Sourcing, minimum 5 years
Prior people management experience
Microsoft office proficiency (including excel)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer service mindset
Attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Demonstrated ability to lead programs and/ or projects
Ability to document, plan, and execute programs with established project management skills.
SAP experience
