Bookkeeper (Buildertrend)

Welcome to our esteemed organization based in vibrant New York! We're currently seeking a talented Bookkeeper with expertise in Buildertrend to join our dynamic team in the United States. This role demands a professional who excels under pressure and can adeptly juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting. The Role Utilize QuickBooks for accurate data entry and maintenance of financial records. Perform meticulous reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts. Monitor and oversee incoming scheduled, pending, and declined payments. Manage collections accounts, including proactive customer outreach for payment follow-ups. Ensure prompt collection of deposits and liaise with banks and customers as necessary. Engage in effective customer communications, addressing collection issues and resolving challenges proactively. APPLY HERE >>> Ideal Profile Possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks. Demonstrated proficiency with Buildertrend is essential for this role. Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region. Familiarity with Google Apps such as Docs, Gmail, and Calendar is considered advantageous. Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
